Unter dem Titel „Die Aufschäumer“ findet sich auf ZEIT online ein Porträt über unser Unternehmen, das einem Verriss gleicht und rufschädigende Aussagen beinhaltet. Wir sind traurig, irritiert und verwundert über die Arbeit des Redaktionsbüros "Lets Flip". Neben der schwerwiegenden, falschen Behauptung „Benzol im Tab“ (u.a. hochgiftig und krebserregend) ist dieser Text hochgradig tendenziös und reißerisch geschrieben, wie man es unserer Meinung nach nicht von einer seriösen Publikation wie der ZEIT, die für einen professionellen, sauberen und ausgewogenen Journalismus steht, erwarten würde. Der Artikel zeichnet mit Recherche-Lücken, falschen und/oder unvollständigen Behauptungen und Zitaten und einer stets spürbaren Grund-Negativität, ein komplett falsches Bild von unserem Unternehmen. Nach unserem Verständnis gehört es zur journalistischen Sorgfaltspflicht, dass – auch wenn ein Sachverhalt kritisch beleuchtet und sogar ein öffentlicher Vorwurf erhoben wird – die Grundsätze der Fairness und Ausgewogenheit gewahrt werden. Diese wurden hier vernachlässigt. Die positiven Aspekte unserer Produkte und unseres Unternehmens wurden schlicht weggelassen.
